Pregnancy and Postpartum Support Group

Whether you're pregnant or a new mom, the goal of this group is to provide a supportive, understanding and non-judgmental environment where women can encourage and help each other adjust to the changes in their lives. The facilitator will also provide education to help decrease feelings of stress and worrying, by improving mood management and using effective coping skills. Moms are encouraged to bring their babies to this support group. This support group meets in person, but masks are required and members must social distance.
